For ongoing therapies, refills are typically processed every four weeks to help prevent interruptions in treatment. Your payment method is automatically charged prior to shipment, and you may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your secure client portal.

If a licensed clinician determines that a medication is not appropriate for you, you will be refunded for the medication cost. Your clinician will explain the decision and may recommend alternative options when appropriate. 

Many medications are designed for self-administration using very small needles and include detailed instructions for use.
