HaloHeat Sauna Studios adopts a science-backed approach to wellness, providing an unparalleled solution for those seeking to enhance their well-being. Our Fox Valley location features five private suites that combine the benefits of infrared, salt, and red light therapies.

Personalized Wellness

We take pride in giving a tailored sauna experience and can accommodate most requests. Many guests ask for: sauna preheating, a specific suite, fresh tea, a specific modality, or an extra towel.

For our guests requiring more space, our ADA-accessible Deluxe infrared sauna offers maximum floor space with removable benches.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Our private infrared saunas in Naperville are equipped with halogenerators, a machine that disperses microparticles of salt. This allows for the combination of both, infrared sauna therapy and salt therapy.

A single “Drop-In” session is $49. It includes a 45-minute sauna session with optional red light therapy, halotherapy (salt therapy), chromotherapy, and aromatherapy at no additional cost. 

The deluxe sessions offer a bigger sauna, with room to do yoga, stretching, and optional group sessions. Both standard and deluxe offer the same modalities and complementary services: infrared sauna, red light, salt therapy, and access to the cooling lounge.  Booking the deluxe solo, but want a good sweat? Call us at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival to request  sauna preheating.
