Yes. Every HaloHeat session takes place in a fully private infrared sauna suite. There are no shared saunas — just a quiet, private space where you can relax without distractions.
Each visit includes a 45-minute infrared sauna session plus up to 30 minutes in our massage chair lounge.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you, often using steam or heated rocks. Infrared saunas use radiant heat to warm your body more directly, allowing you to sweat at lower temperatures.
Many people find infrared sessions more comfortable and easier to tolerate, especially for longer, more relaxed sessions.
You control the temperature inside your private suite. Standard sessions are set at a comfortable starting temperature and gradually warm as you relax.
For guests who prefer a hotter experience, the sauna can be preheated and reach higher temperatures during the session. If you’d like preheating, just call the studio ahead of time.
